702 is a game based around the City of Las Vegas. There is no overly dramatic concept, no premades. It's just a town game. There are no elaborate rules. Just the basics. Don't cross the ic/ooc line. Your character needs a journal and an aim screenname that pertain to the character's name. Please no underscores or x's. Your character can be no younger than sixteen, so playing a high school student is an option but try to be realistic if you are going to play someone that young. There must be some type of first entry but it can range from a detailed facts list to a bio to a survey. In order to apply you'll need examples. If you don't have an examples journal you can leave your examples in the drop box. All the comments in the drop box are screened for your privacy. Activity is important to keep the game alive. There will be activity checks on the first of every month and you should have one journal entry (and or thread/log). However, if you are very active in the sub communities we will be very lenient with journal updating. If the community is going to live everyone has to be active! No challenging holds. Character limit is three. Rules are subject to change.
